When a subscription is purchased or adjusted, the system stores the order ID, selected item, transaction amount, payment method, payment status, refund status, and related account association. These records are used to confirm benefits, reconcile transactions, process refunds, resolve order disputes, and maintain necessary financial records. Text, attachments, and troubleshooting details submitted through a ticket are used only to answer requests, identify issues, and retain the support history.
Connection Data and No-Logs Policy
FvVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain DNS queries, transmission content, application traffic details, or communications. Routine connection logs are not retained persistently, and no browsing history traceable to specific destinations is created.
When a network connection is established, the system may process temporary technical state needed for routing, identity verification, traffic quota calculation, and fault control during the session. This state is released when the session ends. Account traffic usage is calculated as an aggregate value to enforce subscription rules and does not include destinations or transmission content. If a user submits troubleshooting materials, the related data is handled according to the ticket rather than converted into routine connection records.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Usage Statistics
The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to retain sign-in status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security state. This data keeps page functions consistent and prevents users from repeating settings on every visit. After browser data is cleared, saved state may expire, and some functions may require signing in again or making a new selection.
To assess whether pages operate properly and improve content structure, the website may process visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, access time, and general network information. Third-party payment services are responsible for data they process independently. Information submitted directly on a payment page is subject to that payment service's privacy rules. FvVPN does not use information obtained during payment for purposes unrelated to fulfilling the order.
Retention, Protection, and Deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for the period needed to reconcile transactions, handle disputes, and meet necessary compliance purposes. Usage statistics are retained only as needed for analysis and security; when continued retention is no longer necessary, they are deleted or de-identified. Corresponding data in backups is removed through the established rotation process.
FvVPN uses access controls, transmission protection, and operational reviews to reduce the risk of misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. Only processing activities required for account, order, support, or system maintenance responsibilities may access the relevant data.
Users can view or correct editable account details in the user panel, and can use the ticket center to request an export or deletion of account-related data. After receiving a request, the system first verifies account ownership and then processes data eligible for deletion. Records that must be retained for incomplete transactions, dispute handling, or necessary obligations enter the cleanup process when the relevant purpose ends.
User Rights and Policy Updates
Users may request information about the categories of data related to their account, processing purposes, and retention status. They may also request correction of inaccurate account details, withdrawal of non-essential processing, or deletion of eligible data. If a request concerns another account, transaction security, or records that must be retained, FvVPN may limit the relevant scope and explain the basis for doing so.
