Service Content and Scope
FvVPN provides network acceleration through international routes, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, connection methods, and client access points are determined by the current user panel. Route coverage indicates connection options for those regions; it does not guarantee continuous access to specific websites, applications, content regions, or third-party functions.
Users must provide a properly functioning device, operating system, and network environment, and follow the tutorials to configure the client. Connection differences caused by local network policies, device settings, third-party platform changes, or network conditions in the user's location do not constitute a failure to provide the service under these terms.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their username, password, subscription information, and access to the user panel. Configuration changes, subscription use, and data consumption made through an account are generally treated as actions of the account holder. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and stop sharing the information publicly.
Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, including ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. The actual activated items are determined by the orders and subscription records in the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but this does not mean that accounts, subscriptions, or access credentials may be publicly shared. Users may not resell, rent, or distribute subscriptions, or continuously provide the service to unrelated people through public links, shared accounts, or other means. The account holder is responsible for data being used up early, account anomalies, or subscription exposure caused by shared credentials.
Compliant Use Requirements
When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location where the service is used, and are responsible for the content they access, transmit, publish, or store. The service must not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users may not excessively consume route resources through automated means, intentionally affect other users' normal connections, or test, scan, or attack FvVPN service facilities. To protect route and account security, FvVPN may conduct necessary checks on clearly abnormal connection activity and may restrict access, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account.
Service Availability and Liability
FvVPN will maintain routes, the user panel, and subscription delivery functions within a reasonable scope. Network services may be affected by carrier adjustments, international link fluctuations, device compatibility, system maintenance, third-party platform rule changes, and other factors beyond reasonable control. FvVPN therefore does not promise uninterrupted service, fixed speeds, or continuous availability of every target service.
Users should select routes according to their actual needs and verify the exit location and application connection status themselves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FvVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user configuration errors, mishandled credentials, device failures, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Termination and Changes to These Terms
Users may stop using the service. If a user violates these terms, resells or shares a subscription, endangers service facilities, affects other users' normal use, or action is required by law, FvVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Necessary action will be based on the nature of the conduct, its impact, and applicable requirements.
These terms may be updated when the service scope, operating procedures, or compliance requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated information at the top of the page will be revised. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
